The artistic doll section was founded within the Creative Union of Decorative and Applied Arts Artists (CU DAA) in 2016. Our team consists of over 100 professional doll masters. We aim to create meaningful works using the creative forces of our artists and to bring to life extensive thematic projects. The artistic doll is a unique phenomenon of modern times. Evolving from a utilitarian object – a toy – and synthesizing sculpture, painting, graphics, and traditional types of decorative and applied activities, the doll has become an independent art form. The works of our authors are found in the collections of various world museums and private collections, acquired as gifts for royalty and media personalities.
