Siberian Will is a family project that started in 2020. A passion for history and love for their native land inspired the Voytenko family from Novosibirsk to study ancient recipes and herbals. It took a year to translate old recipes and restore the preparation technology. Initially a hobby, it has now grown into a full-fledged business with family warmth.

Currently, “Siberian Will” is the only company producing artisanal astronomical products.

The constantly growing range is moving in four main directions:

– Artisanal sbiten concentrates with honey from the 16th/17th centuries;
– Tea sbiten concentrates from the 17th/18th centuries;
– Berry sbiten concentrates from the 17th/18th centuries;
– Unique printed gingerbread cookies using a recipe from 1905, from a Russian oven.

Black salt prepared according to Siberian recipes on birch wood and more.

It is a relatively young company but has twice confirmed its status as a 4th category social project “Revival of Traditions.”

In 2024, the company participated in the regional competition “Mother Siberia 2024” for the first time, winning three first places and will be published in the “Treasures of Siberia” catalog.

The company’s products and unique production have caught the interest of the media. For example, Siberian Will participated in a segment of the “Gastro Tour” TV show on the federal channel “Friday,” took part in the filming of a documentary about Siberia and other local TV programs.

In November 2023, it participated in the “Russia” forum-exhibition in Moscow at VDNH, where it maintained a high sales ranking throughout the exhibition period.

Currently, the company sells its products wholesale and retail throughout Russia, producing custom gingerbread with logos or themes specified by partners.

Siberian Will is popular and respected among athletes in its region in sports such as SAMBO, RPL, and fencing.
