More Than a Booth: How to Work Even More Effectively at a Trade Show

Presentica is the perfect place to make a name for yourself. Especially if you sell unique, high-quality items. Each of our exhibitors is bright and unique, so standing out can be challenging. A regular booth might not be enough.

But there are some additional opportunities offered by the exhibition that I will tell you about.

Booth + Tasting

I believe that for edible gifts or wine tasting, this is the only correct way to participate. It’s the most accessible way to turn buyers into sellers. And here’s the daughter bringing her mom to the tea booth so she can also appreciate this aroma, like at grandma’s cottage. Or the office manager confidently proving that gingerbread is the perfect gift for gender-based holidays.

In general, there is no need to convince food gift and wine producers of this idea.

Booth + Business Program

When I was watching videos from last year’s exhibition, this one with Max Gorkiy especially stuck with me. Initially, it was the name that caught my attention, but the content is worth watching. Right? Simple? Realizable? So why aren’t we using it?

And what about Max himself? Who will listen to a lecture like “How to grow exponentially”? Elderly people, onlookers? Nope, only his target audience. Did he demonstrate his expertise and charisma? Absolutely. Did he collect business cards, become memorable, and plant the thought in entrepreneurs that with his support, every ruble invested would turn into 3, or even 10? Again, yes.

How do you like this format? As with anything: you need to work excellently, and the venue and audience are conducive to that. Guarantee of sales? No. Chance and opportunity? 100%.

Booth + Master Class

Adults are like children here: involve them in a game, and they will believe you, and again: they will become ambassadors of the technology.

Master classes should be simple and engaging: it could be a tea ceremony, floristry, or calligraphy. An unusual format: painting with wine. And, of course, tell about your business, reveal the technology from an unexpected side.

Booth + Photo Zone

Well, this is our favorite. A secret that almost all businessmen know. And if someone doesn’t know, they will now. Whether you’re a man or a woman, PRD, HRD, CEO, COO, or any other employee with a three-letter title, you are probably developing your personal brand, running social media, and you need content, cool photos for stories on Telegram or on banned social networks.

Product Exhibition

Besides your booth, you can consider displaying your gifts in an open area within or outside the exhibition. This option is suitable not only for cars but also for anyone who wants to maximize brand attraction.

Advertising at the Exhibition

There are many ways to increase brand mentions at the exhibition. Let me tell you about some of them.

You can place your logo on the press wall and exhibition banners. You can also put advertisements on hanging flags for better navigation and to draw attention to your booth.

You can play a video about your company on one of the screens.

It is possible to include one printed piece of material in the promo kit for visitors. At least 5,000 visitors will receive your advertisement personally.

We print beautiful guides to the exhibition and gift catalogs; you might consider placing your advertisement there as well. By the way, I know that visitors used the Presentica guides to create vision boards after the exhibition.

Earlier, I mentioned that we highlight our participants on social media. But that’s out of love. You can also do it for money, in the volume and format that suits you.

Several times during the exhibition, the Presentica host does an advertising insert, but it’s best to inquire with the sales department, as there are very few spots available for this type of promotion.

Promoters

Also, just by booking a booth, you can invite your own promoters to advertise the booth or collect contacts. Up to 3 people can work at the booth, and if you want more – to distribute your promo materials outside the booth – that is also possible. Inquire with our sales department about the detailed conditions.

From the first contact to the contract, there are typically at least 6 touchpoints. In fact, by simply choosing a booth at Presentica, you already get powerful informational support: mentions in the blog, social media, articles, media, and targeted advertising. But you can enhance it even more.
