Agreement on the processing of personal data

This Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public offer.

Terms and definitions:

Website – a set of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity of the Site Administration contained on the Internet under a domain name https://www.presentica.net.

Site Administration – authorized employees for site management acting on behalf of PRESENTTICA LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition), who organize and (or) process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

User – any person who has logged in to the Site, filled out the online form fields on the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

Personal data – the data specified by the User in the online forms of the Site (name, email address, phone number).

Processing of personal data – the list of actions with personal data of the User who filled in the fields of online forms: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of the User who sent the request, transfer at the request of the court, including, to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

1. By joining this Agreement and leaving their data on the Site by filling in the fields of online application forms, the User:

 – confirms that all the data specified by him belongs to him personally;
 – confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read this Agreement and the terms of processing by the Site Administration of his personal data indicated by him in the fields of online applications, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to him;
 – agrees to the processing by the Site Administration of the personal data provided as part of the information in order to conclude this Agreement between him and the Site Administration, as well as its subsequent execution;
 – agrees with the terms of processing personal data without reservations and restrictions, namely, with the performance by the Site Administration of the actions provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 “On Personal Data”, and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interests.

2. The Site Administration uses the User’s personal data to:
 – processing of personal data that is necessary for the provision and provision of services to the User;
 – creation, analysis and monitoring of the customer base; – informing the User about contests and promotions; – sending Site news to the User;
 – User notifications about various events.

3. The Site Administration has the right to process personal data by entering them into electronic databases, including them in lists (registers) and internal reporting forms. The processing of personal data can be either automated or without the use of automation tools.

4. The exhibition processes the following personal data:

 – last name and (or) first name and (or) patronymic of the User; – name of the organization; – phone numbers;
 – e-mail addresses; – name of the legal entity;
 – other data required to fill out the form on the website.

5. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User also agrees to receive informational and (or) promotional mailings by phone (in the format of SMS messages) and (or) by e-mail from the Site Administration.

6. Personal data:

 The Participant provides the Organizer with an indefinite permission (gives consent) for the processing of his (Participant’s) personal data contained in a specific application for accreditation (full name, phone number, mail and other personal data entered by the Participant in the application for accreditation)

7. The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment the User provides his data and can be revoked by the User at any time by sending a simple written request (application) to the e-mail address: pr@presentica.net

8. The press service has the right to refuse accreditation to media outlets that, by the nature of their activities, are not specialized in the field of news broadcasts.

9. Rules for taking photos and videos:
- photo and/or video shooting may be carried out only by duly accredited representatives of the media (Mass media).
– while on the territory of the Exhibition, a journalist (and/or a film crew) must carry a press certificate, an accreditation badge, a press tape on a photo and/or video camera. – when shooting directly at the stands of the Exhibition participants, the journalist (and/or the film crew) must first obtain the oral permission of the Exhibitor to shoot his (Participant’s) stand and the items displayed on it.

10. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the User and the Site Administration arising in connection with the Agreement.
